A Coat of Many Colours

Posted on November 30 2015

Another treat for the upper Key Stage two classes this half term was their trip to St Bede’s College to watch their splendid production of Joseph and his Amazing, Technicolor Dreamcoat.  The children thought the show was marvellous.  When asked what their favourite part was, they struggled to name one thing. “It was all brilliant!” James in Year 5 beamed.  Even the technical hitches were enjoyed and forgiven, it was their dress rehearsal after all.  We extend our gratitude to St Bede’s for the invitation and entertainment on a grey November afternoon and our thanks to parents for their children’s politeness and manners displayed yet again on this trip!  The children will be writing letters of thanks to the Headmaster and pupils as it whetted their appetite for our own production next year!
