The hard work pays off for Year 6

Posted on November 04 2016

Once again, the Year 6 children have excelled themselves by achieving a very high standard of examination results with a 78% pass rate for grammar schools.  All the children have worked extremely hard over the past 18 months and their hard work and determination has paid off.  Everybody at Forest Park School is very proud of each individual and their efforts, and knows that whichever school they decide to go to will be the perfect choice for them.

The children will now be moving forward, building up their skills and knowledge, throughout the rest of the academic year, ready for the transition to secondary school.  They are already the perfect role models for the rest of the school and they will continue to show the ‘I Can and I Will’ attitude.  They have lots of wonderful activities to come, such as the residential trip, the summer show and the always emotional, Leavers’ Assembly.

Even though they have had a very busy 18 months, Miss Booth has assured the children she has no intention of taking her foot off the gas any time soon!

Once again, congratulations Year 6!
