Reception Perform a Confident Assembly

Reception’s class assembly was a terrific mini-extravaganza full of music, dance, rhymes, songs, stories and facts about this terms transport topic.

Who would have imagined they would be singing hits from the legendary Queen, The Beatles and Rod Stewart? Including showing their funky dance moves such as doing the robot to Gary Numan and playing air guitar to Blackfoot! They even brought it right up-to-date with modern artists such as Lily Allen, B.o.B and how could we forget the viral song, Baby Shark!

The class also managed to master the clapping for, ‘A Sailor Went to Sea’ and performed 'Terrific Trains' by Tony Mitton to perfection. It was a confident and self-assured performance by all which had the audience and class smiling from start to end.

Take a look at some of the pictures, here.
