South Trafford Year 1 Multi Skills Festival

Posted on May 04 2017

Year 1 children were lucky enough to take part in the South Trafford Year 1 Multi Skills Festival  at Altrincham Leisure Centre this week.   The event is organised by Trafford School Sports Partnership which aims to ensure that all young people across the borough have access to high quality PE and school sport.

There were multiple schools from across Trafford who came together to participate in many different sporting activities.  The children worked round a carousel of activities ranging from obstacle courses to parachute games.  They tried their best in all the activities and worked together as a team.  The children had a great time…

“My favourite was throwing balls at a target for points.”

“I enjoyed playing with the parachute.”

“I loved balancing the tennis ball on a racket, blindfolded.”

“I liked the ten pin bowing game.”

“I enjoyed the game of cops and robbers.”
