| Extended Day | 7.30am – 6.00pm |
Families can also choose between:

Settling into Nursery
We know that starting Nursery is a significant milestone for both children and parents, and we want every family to feel happy, confident and supported from the very beginning. Before your child joins us, we offer flexible, complimentary settling-in sessions, including half-day and full-day visits. These sessions allow children to become familiar with their new surroundings, meet our caring staff and begin building relationships with the other children at their own pace.
Every child is supported by a dedicated key worker who takes the time to understand their individual needs, interests and routines, helping to make the transition from home to Nursery as smooth and reassuring as possible.
Experienced Staff and Individual Attention
Our Early Years team has over 40 years of combined experience and is passionate about providing high-quality care and education. With small classes, we provide a supportive environment where every child receives individual attention and encouragement.
Our key worker approach helps ensure continuity of care and strong relationships between children, staff and families.
Freshly Prepared Meals
We believe that healthy, nutritious food is an important part of children’s wellbeing and development. Our meals are freshly prepared and cooked on site, providing children with wholesome, balanced food throughout their day. Mealtimes are also an opportunity to develop social skills, independence and healthy eating habits in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Keeping Parents Connected
We value the partnership between home and Nursery and believe that regular communication helps children thrive. Parents receive daily online updates about their child’s experiences, including learning activities, meals and care routines. Our team is always happy to discuss your child’s progress, share achievements and offer suggestions for supporting learning and development at home.
Becoming Part of the Forest Park Community
From their earliest days, Nursery and Pre-Prep children are welcomed into the wider Forest Park community. Through assemblies, school trips, the house system and opportunities to interact with older pupils, children develop a sense of belonging and become familiar with school life.
Our buddy system also helps younger children build positive relationships with older pupils, encouraging confidence, friendships and a supportive school community.
